MLS Cup Ticket Giveaway
Last Thursday, Demosphere gave away 4 pairs of MLS Cup Final tickets to customers in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area!

Demosphere Does the Weekend Double!
This past weekend, Demosphere took off to both tips of the east coast to take part in the New York West Annual General Meeting in Rochester, NY and the USL SoccerFest in Tampa, FL.

Kristin and Soizik had the opportunity to meet with existing Demosphere clients as well as talk with members of the New York State West Youth Soccer Association.

Meanwhile,  Ben, Carol, and Sean spent the weekend in Tampa with USL where they had the opportunity to connect with existing teams, renew old acquaintances and meet many new USL franchises entering the league in 2008.

In addition to providing the official website for USL (www.uslsoccer.com), Demosphere also works with over 25 franchises including Second Division 2007 Regular Season Champions, the Richmond Kickers, as well as Rookie PDL Franchise of the Year, Mississippi Brilla.
American Express Update
OLR clients, don't forget to turn on American Express!

Last month, Demosphere gave Online Registration clients the option of turning on American Express for credit card payments.

To turn on American Express, simply go to Registration Setup and in Payment Options you will have the option of turning on American Express.

US Youth Soccer Forms
Demosphere is pleased to announce that California and Oklahoma state clients can now print pre-populated US Youth Soccer forms. This feature can be done at the team level via a link from the Admin Home screen and will appear automatically for California and Oklahoma state clients.

If you are an Online Registration client that isn't in one of these states but would still like to access this form please contact support@demosphere.com for more details.

The Winter season is just around the corner and January and February are going to be very busy travel months for Demosphere. Check below to see when you can catch Demosphere in an area near you!

This winter, we can be found:
  • Nov. 26-28: SoccerEx (Johannesburg, South Africa)
  • Jan. 5:  New Jersey Youth Soccer Expo (Edison, NJ)
  • Jan. 5-6: Cal South SoccerNation Expo (Los Angeles, CA)
  • Jan.16-20: NSCAA Convention (Baltimore, MD)
Tip of the Month - Tournaments
Tournament Directors have the ability to waive an entry fee for a team. This can be helpful in distinguishing certain teams that do not have to pay to enter the tournament from those who may have not finished making a payment, or are still in the process of filling out an application.

To indicate a waived fee for a team, click the PAY link, then click the order amount. The next screen has the WAIVED setting as well as a place to edit the order amount, which should be zero.

A feature is now available that allows you to manage the sponsors on your homepage. With this feature, you have the ability to change the sequence of the entries, modify them individually, set specific logos to pending or delete any from the interface.
