That's the question we're asking our customers on a daily basis. Our ongoing mission to provide the best possible, most family-centered care to every patient who comes through our doors has inspired a new initiative. Starting with the roll-out of our new Satisfaction Survey this summer, we are now offering our customers electronic access to the survey via our website and smart phones. Keep an eye out for new survey boxes around the hospital or visit our website to tell us about your experience. |

Devin Means is one of the amazing students currently attending the Kennedy Day School at Franciscan Hospital for Children. Devin is a sixteen year old young man from Cambridge, Massachusetts. Ten years ago, the Cambridge Public Schools and his parents, Sonia and Kevin, sought a school placement to address Devin's multiple, special educational needs.

Behavioral Health Services at FHC |
Did you know that at Franciscan there is a department dedicated solely to behavioral health? On a daily basis, our Behavioral Health Services (BHS) Team provides expertise and support to all of the other departments as well as to the community. But what exactly does "behavioral health" mean?
Dr. Fatima Watt, one of FHC's four full-time psychologists, explains that behavioral health focuses on the promotion of emotional health and overall well-being, the prevention of mental illness and substance use, and the treatment of mental, behavioral, or addictive disorders. READ MORE >> |
