· This week's Newbie Jam (with your hostess, Patty Murray) takes place tonight (Tuesday) due to the holiday.
· Please excuse our appearance while several construction projects are underway, including the installation of screens for our hall windows and a porch door to the roof deck.
· Engraved nameplates for the Jammy trophies have arrived. If you performed, you get one. If you won, you get another. Capice?

This week and next, Jam members can try out a Gibson SG Classic outfitted with P-94 pickups. The P-94 more or less puts the midrange snarl of a single coil P-90 pickup into a humbucker-sized package. Otherwise, our test model SG is stock, featuring mahogany neck and body, nickel green keys, and trapezoid inlay. Get your Angus on, now through June 7.
