Peroni Crawlin Crab Half Marathon and 5K.
J&A Racing, the same company that
created the famous Shamrock Half Marathon,
the Wicked 10K and the Surf Santa 10 miler,
have brought their talents to
this side of the water.
The Peroni Crawlin Crab Marathon and 5K
will take place on the weekend of October 5 - 7.
The actual race will take place on the 7th.
Approximately 5000 runners, their families and cheering squads will be here for this event.
This is an excellent opportunity to show our
southside neighbors what our

Charles H. Taylor Arts Center

VIRGINIA ARTISTS 2012
Juried Exhibition at the Charles H. Taylor Arts Center opened July 15. $6,750 in cash awards were selected by juror, Carolyn Cobb Wright, Director of Exhibition Programming at The Visual Arts Center in Richmond. The juror selected 114 art works in all media by 92 artists, chosen from 625 entries by 247 artists from all across Virginia.
On view concurrently will be Daniel Robbins: Recent Paintings featuring works by last year's Best in Show award winner, Daniel Robbins of Richmond, Virginia.
The exhibitions continue through
August 26, 2012.
Admission is Free.
Gallery Hours are Tuesday-Friday 10:00 am-6:00 pm and Weekends 1:00-5:00.
