Marvel Movie Marathon begins April 20!

 

The Virginia Air & Space Center is hosting Marvel Mania, a celebration of the opening of Marvel's TheAvengers in IMAX beginning April 20, 2012. Marvel Mania will offer guests the opportunity to see the finest Marvel classics * in regular digital format.* Guests can see Iron Man 1, Iron Man 2, Thor and Captain America for only $5 each. Marvel's TheAvengers will open May 4 in IMAX. Advance tickets go on sale April 27 and are available at www.vasc.org. Marvel fans can also purchase a special Marvel Mania Pass that includes all four Marvel films in *regular digital format,* Marvel's The Avengers in IMAX and one FREE large popcorn.

Thomas Pandolfi in Recital:  Sunday, April 22, 2012, 3:00 p.m.

The young American pianist, Thomas Pandolfi, is an exciting virtuoso who is a graduate of The  Julliard School with Bachelor's and Master's degrees in piano performance.  During the last season, he performed in 17 states and in Europe.  His solo concerts emphasize the rich music of Chopin, Liszt, the Russian masters and Gershwin.  Come tour the world of music and hear some exciting classics with commentary to enhance the program.
