July Newsletter

The Freestone Valley is one of the most scenic places in Wine Country and a great place to visit as part of your summer sojourn. Choose from many interesting routes to our door and check out the hidden gems our historic village has to offer.

We are excited to open the summer season at Osmosis with an abundance of outdoor offerings. Our tranquil Field of Hammocks provides deeply relaxing sound therapy sessions. Put your feet up in an Americana style hammock under an umbrella or try our new anti-gravity chairs on the lower deck facing Salmon Creek. Try a massage in an outdoor Pagoda to make the most of our beautiful surroundings! Enroll in a day-long vitality quest and delve deeply into quiet time in nature. Enjoy a festive evening of delectable food, wine and entertainment at one of our summer garden performances.

On your way to our peaceful Meditation Garden take a moment to notice the richness of wildlife along the creek. During spawning season steelhead salmon can be spotted right on our property! Over the decades, the local salmon presence has dwindled to next to nothing. In 2009, Osmosis joined the efforts of numerous agencies, including California Fish and Game and the State Coastal Conservancy, to begin to reestablish the viability of salmon reproduction in Salmon Creek. When you visit Osmosis allow yourself time to fully experience in all the elements of our remarkable natural setting.
