Osmosis Newsletter - May 2011
We believe that playing a strong role in the community is a vital component of any authentic, engaged, sustainable business. This commitment is why we are hosting the Freestone Fermentation Festival to benefit the Ceres Community. This catalytic community event now in its third year, is dedicated to returning culture to agriculture. The festival is a celebration of the miracle of fermentation, its magical alchemy that changes milk to cheese, organic matter to humus and is the catalyst for transformation in our Cedar Enzyme Bath. Fermentation is the fundamental impulse in biology and can truly be called nature's purification process. It's also the natural phenomena that unifies Wildflour Bakery, Freestone Vineyards and Osmosis in our historic home-town of Freestone.

This year we have added the Fermentation Symposium and Feast. Join experts from the medical, culinary and scientific communities who will be presenting information on fermented foods and their relationship to our health. Learn about the power of living microbial culture: how it works, and how to make it part of our daily lives. Continue on for the Fermentation Feast where you will savor a culinary tour of fermented dishes prepared by local master chefs. This promises to be one of the most unusual and delectable dining events of the year.

This month's Osmosis Special employs the dynamic of fermentation and a deep internal Spring cleaning with The Vitality Cleanse. The enzyme bath serves to break down toxins in the subcutaneous layer of the skin, aids digestion and metabolism throughout the body making it a powerful detoxification process. The Osmosis Vitality Cleanse combines the enzyme bath with lymphatic drainage massage, dry brush exfoliation and incorporates the highest quality digestive enzymes and probiotics into your diet -- all under the guidance of a personal Certified Nutrition Consultant! Optimal health and vitality of the body and skin can be yours with our flexible and comprehensive 4 week plan. We offer this transformative program valued at $800, for just $395!

Transformation Enzymes are an integral part of the cleanse and may be purchased separately in a starter pack with a 15% discount during the month of May.
