Greetings!

From the Illuman Council of Elders

Dear Brothers,

Greetings and blessings from all of us at Illuman. We hope that the last few months of transition and learning have been fruitful for you and that your hearts are strong with fire for the men's work that we are so passionately engaged in together.

We're pleased to send you this update about all that is going on in the various regions across the world. As Illuman, we are working to support you in your work much less as an "institution" and more as a vascular network supporting the flow of Life Blood to and from men around the world.

While we are in our early phases as an organization, we are not young in our history together. We are so grateful for  the amazing depth of seasoned leadership that resides in our regions.  Illuman will work to channel this leadership to support each man's journey as well as lead our collective mission.

As you read this Drumbeat issue, please refer to the Quick Links for a list of Regional Contacts and Upcoming Events. Scroll down to Emerging Regions for an update on men's work in Canada.  The Spotlight on Men's Work features work in Louisiana.  Finally, we include a poem by UK Weaver Adrian Scott from his book The Call of the Unwritten which captures the deep essence of change that we are experiencing.

We thank each one of you and your communities for "being the change."  We are amazed at the great work each and every  region is doing throughout the world! Look to this and future Drumbeat issues for news of your brothers.

Donating to Illuman

At this time, the Center for Action and Contemplation (CAC) is acting as "fiscal agent" for Illuman until we receive IRS approved tax exempt  status.  While Illuman pursues it's IRS 501(c)(3) designation, donations to support Illuman may be mailed to the CAC.  Be sure to either write on the check or on a separate note that the funds are for the Illuman "All One" Fund.  The CAC will apply the funds in strict accordance to the donor's wishes.  Thank you for your interest in and financially supporting our work.
