Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral and Treatment (SBIRT) Program

We were recently awarded a grant to manage the data for the state's SBIRT progam. Learn more about the program hereThis program is designed to allow health providers to catch substance abuse problems early. Patients are given a simple one page screening and provided immediate help. These screening forms are collected by us, and input into a federal database.  Our whole staff has pitched in to catch up thousands of data pieces.

Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment Data Collection

First Choice Services was awarded this grant in 2010.  We have been actively collecting data
from prevention centers around the state via a web portal that we created. We are preparing to begin collecting data from treatment providers.
