Welcome to "How's the Market?"   Can you believe it's already February.  January seemed to just disappear!

As someone who loves Chicago, I rarely think about retiring elsewhere.... but in the middle of February, my thoughts do sometimes wander to different places.  Came across this article in US News and World Report and thought you might find interesting:
