Please invite your neighbors and come to the Town Hall Meetings on Saturday, April 14, or April 28, beginning at 9 a.m. to discuss the upcoming Bond Election and the Proposed Public Safety & Support Services Facility. Tours of the Facility will immediately follow the Town Hall Meetings at 9 a.m.

The public is cordially invited to attend and participate.

The next Regular City Council Meeting is on Tuesday, April 17, and begins at 7 p.m.  There is a Special City Council Meeting that begins at 5:30 p.m. which is posted for an Executive Session.

The Leon Valley City Council at a Special Called Meeting held on Monday, February 27, 2012, ordered a Special Bond Election to be held on the next uniform election date of May 12, 2012 to allow the qualified voters of the City of Leon Valley to consider the following proposition ballot language:

"THE ISSUANCE OF NOT TO EXCEED $7,000,000 OF CITY OF LEON VALLEY TEXAS GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS FOR DESIGNING, ACQUIRING, CONSTRUCTING, IMPROVING, RENOVATING, DEMOLISHING, EXPANDING, AND EQUIPPING A PUBLIC SAFETY AND SUPPORT SERVICES COMPLEX."
