The OCWTP is piloting an online course designed for trainers and needs trainers willing to take the course and provide valuable feedback.

Course: It's Still Training: Best-Practice Facilitation of Distance Learning
Best practice facilitation of distance learning courses requires trainers to use all of the skills used in a traditional classroom, but often differently. In addition, distance learning requires the use of new - often feared skills - such as demonstrating technical competence. This self-directed online course will help you:
- Engage participants in distance learning events
- Manage your time when facilitating distance learning
- Make maximum use of voice and writing skills to enhance learning
- Develop training designs that maximize available resources for your virtual training
Credit: Pilot will help determine average time to complete the course. We anticipate we will be able to offer up to 1.0 OCWTP credit for each. At this time, we are not offering SW Licensure credit.
