Celebration of Hope
 | | "Promise of Hope" by Wayne Bricco |
My good friend Mary said recently:
"Thank you for sharing your story. I know there are many others out there who don't feel there is hope... and until you get your own hope, find some people who you can borrow theirs from." Why Cherry Blossoms...?
Therefore, each month I want to share a client celebration, a Celebration of Hope.
This month, I'm celebrating all the changes that Tamara has made since she started working with me. One of the great things about working with a coach is that you have me to provide an objective perspective when you feel like you're not making any progress. When you become my client, I give you a health assessment that scores lifestyle, habits, weight, blood results, medical history, family history, etc. After three months together, I asked Tamara to retake it so that we could see how much she had improved. To date, I have never had a client improve as much in three months as Tamara has! Here's what Tamara had to say after she saw her new, higher score: "You don't know how much that picked me up and made me feel so much stronger." She also sent me this: "...This has not been just a weight loss plan; it is a plan that helps me evaluate all of my lifestyle choices... I have more energy, my overall pain has decreased and my IBS is better controlled than it has been in years... I feel so much more in control of my eating habits, my health and my life." Read the whole testimonial here. What's YOUR health assessment score? Take the assessment here. Then, if you'd like some tips on how to improve your results, schedule a complimentary consultation with me. You can have the same results that Tamara has seen; I can help.
