So far, this is shaping up to be a good year for sellers of Waupaca Chain O' Lakes properties! With six Chain O' Lakes properties sold already this year and, with two more under contract and about to close, this summer is showing "signs" of being a great year for Chain sellers. By comparison, during all of last year a total of eight homes sold on the Chain O' Lakes in Waupaca. And, nine changed ownership in 2010.
