Wheels for the World  

Now through Fri., Aug. 26, Room 12 

Providence Church is a donation site for this summer's wheelchair drive sponsored by Wheels for the World (A Ministry of Joni and Friends). Any mobility item that can be refurbished can be donated. You may drop off used wheelchairs, walkers, canes, or crutches in Room 11 beginning Aug. 14.

MOPS - Mothers of Preschoolers  

Mon., beginning Sept. 12, 9-11am 

MOPS celebrates motherhood, meets needs, connects women, and explores God's love. This group provides an accepting, caring atmosphere for today's mothers of preschoolers. Here, moms have the opportunity to share concerns, explore areas of creativity, and hear instruction that equips them for the responsibilities of family and community.

MOPS meetings are held roughly twice a month at Providence and are open to moms who are pregnant with their first child through those whose youngest child is in kindergarten. The MOPS program includes MOPPETS, a loving, learning experience for preschool children.

Registration is required and space is limited.

Women's Fall Bible Studies   

Mon., beginning Sept. 12, 7-9pm

Wed., beginning Sept. 14, 9-11am 

Women, we hope you'll join us as we seek to deepen our faith and grow in our friendships with each other. Information for the 2011 Women's Fall Bible Studies is now available. Three Bible Studies are being offered over two different days.

A preschool program will be offered during the Wednesday morning Bible Studies and registration is required.

Awana  

Tues., 6:15-7:45pm, beginning Sept. 13 

Children in grades K-5 are invited to join us on Tuesdays for a time of group games, worship and teaching, and small group discipleship. Students will be encouraged to memorize Scripture and challenged in their faith as they work through a workbook over the course of the school year!
