Congregational Meeting

Sun., May 8, 9am & 10:30am, Rooms 16/17

All are welcome and encouraged to attend the Congregational Meeting. You will hear updates from the Elders and have the opportunity to get more information and ask questions regarding the Annual Meeting ballot issues.

A copy of the Annual Report and voting ballots will arrive in members inboxes on Wed., May 4. Please be sure to check your email and watch for the ballots!

Hope Totes

April 10 - May 15

Join us as we gather much needed supplies for the residents of Laura's Home, a ministry of The City Mission. Operation Hope Tote will provide basic hygiene items to thousands of women and children in need in Cleveland.

Hope Tote bags are now available in the Foyer. Click HERE for a list of the needed items and for more information.

Serve on Election Day

Tues., May 3

Help us show hospitality to our neighbors as they vote at Providence on Election Day! We'll make coffee and bake cookies using pre-made cookie dough.

We still need people to cover the following shifts:

6-8am
12-2pm
2-4pm
4-6pm

If you are able to serve during one of these times, please contact Susan Young HERE.

Spring Work Day

Sat., May 21, 8am-12pm

Mark your calendars and plan to join us as we prepare our facility and grounds for the spring and summer months. This is a great time to meet other people in the Providence family and to be a huge encouragement to our custodial staff.

31-Day Challenge

May 1-31

We invite you to join us as we read through a Scripture series based on the life of Peter. Pick up a booklet at the Information Center on Sunday.
