Hello!
Welcome to the NEW edition of the Providence Update! In an effort to continually improve the communication within our local congregation, we've refreshed the Providence Update to provide the information we think will be most useful to you.
While the old edition of the Providence Update was comprehensive, it was tough to navigate and sometimes repetitive. We also found it difficult to efficiently deliver the Update to you. The new format for the Providence Update is designed to be future-focused and action-oriented, highlighting current events with a "next step" involved. Additionally, users can subscribe and unsubscribe as they please.
If you have questions or would like more information on the ministries and events of Providence Church that are not listed in the Update, visit us at providencechurch.us for up-to-date information.
This new and improved communication vehicle is one more attempt to improve the information flow within our local church. We will continue to explore ways to help you stay up-to-date on the corporate ministries of Providence Church as we continue to "Provide FOCUS for Following Jesus Christ."

Sun., April 4, 9am & 10:30amInvite your family, friends, and neighbors to join you in worship on Easter Sunday as we celebrate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. Children's classes will be offered for Nursery - Lambs (4-years old) only. FOCUS Workshop classes will not meet on Easter Sunday.

Awana participants and all of the Providence Church family are invited to participate in the 2nd Annual Pinewood Derby. Even if you don't have a car in the derby, drop by, get a hot dog, and watch the racing fun!

Vacation Bible School Needs You!
June 14-18, 2010
Vacation Bible School is coming and there are many opportunities to
serve. Lead groups of children, help with Bible stories, crafts,
activities, music, and more! If you love working with kids, want to
have loads of fun, and want the opportunity to share the love of
Christ, please let us know by filling out the interest form.

Purchase an Easter Lily in honor, or
in memory, of a loved one. The flowers will decorate our Worship Center during the Easter season and help
offset the cost of our Easter services. Dedicate a lily now.

Dates have changed! Soccer Camp will be held from June 28-July 1.
