Roswell continues to make plans to showcase their town and make BRAG riders feel welcome. There will be plenty to do on the layover day if you decide not to cycle. Come prepared to enjoy the southern hospitality in Roswell.
North Georgia Canopy Tours™ is partnering with BRAG to provide an optional Hammerhead Option along the trek from Winder to Cornelia. On Friday, June 8, 2012, BRAG participants will be able to cycle to the North Georgia Canopy Tours™ site and enjoy a two hour Sky Bridge Tour through the tree canopy over 9 ziplines, two sky bridges, the North Oconee River and two short nature hikes. The tour ends with the 700-foot Dual Racing Zip over the Hilltop Pond. Event participants, their family and friends may enjoy a $10 discount on the Sky Bridge Tour on June 8, 2012, by calling the Canopy Command Center at (770) 869-7272. The $10 discount is only valid on June 8, 2012. Whether you choose to experience the Sky Bridge Tour or not, you can enjoy the scenery (including authentic teepees, a top-rated 18 hole disc golf course, and watch others zip back to the Canopy Command Center on the observation deck) or visit the Canopy Command Center to plan a later trip.
