In addition, we'd like to spotlight some of the other magnificent fruits used, since each one has its own tremendous contribution to the juice that's taking the world by storm.
Acerola
This mature fruit is juicy and soft with a pleasant, tart flavor and is used for i ts high content of vitamin C, which has long been thought in conventional and alternative health practices as a powerful antioxidant. It grows as a small tree or shrub that produces an abundance of bright red fruit with several small seeds that look similar to the European cherry. Dried acerola fruit extracts can now be found in tablet form and as an ingredient in many over-the-counter multivitamin products in the United States as a natural form of vitamin C.
 Camu- Camu a round,
light orange-colored fruit aboutthe size of lemons, which contain a significant amount of vitamin C. Camu-camu fruit has the highest recorded amount of natural vitamin C known on the planet. In comparison to oranges, camu-camu provides thirty times more vitamin C, ten times more iron, three times more niacin, twice as much riboflavin, and 50 percent more phospohorus This high vitamin C content has created a demand for camu-camu fruit in the natural products market. This phytonutrient-packed fruit is believed to protect against free radicals, improve immune function, and increase energy levels.
Camu-camu is also a significant source of potassium, and provides a full complement of minerals and amino acids that can aid in the absorption of vitamin C.
Cupuacu
The newest Brazillian super fruit to be added to our blend, Cupuacu has an incredible flavor often compared to chocolate, banana and melon. Sometimes referred to as a "pharmacy in a fruit," cupuacu is an excellent source of vitamins C and A and is rich in vitamins B1, B2 and B3 (Niacin), as well as fatty acids and amino acids.
This one was added for all of it's health benefits, with an added benefit that it is one of the four Brazillian-harvested fruits that have fueled a year-round sustainable harvesting industry.
