Congratulations!
Two of Andy's guitar students took home top prizes at contests last month.
 Eli Wheeler won the Pewee Guitar Category of the Clarksville Fiddle Championships. He played Old Joe Clark, backed by Andrew Rigney. Watch his performance on YouTube!
Hailey Wylemans won the Mount Juliet High School "Bear Idol" talent contest. Hopefully, we'll be able to include a video of her performance in the next newsletter.

Andy May's Guitar 101 Workshop at the Country Music Hall of Fame
 The date has been set for Andy's Guitar 101 workshop: Saturday June 19 at 1 pm. This will be a fun, hands-on workshop for beginners. He'll teach the basics in his characteristic easy-going style--with the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum's legendary "guitars of the stars" as a backdrop. (How cool is that!?) There will be guitars on hand for participants to use. The workshop is part of CMHF's Family Program series. |
