Council has just released the
draft Management Plan for 2010-2013, which will be on public display until the 8 June 2010. You have the option to read and comment on the Plan prior to it being formally adopted.

 

The Management Plan is a major document which allows Council to review its strategic direction and services for the following years.

Any persons wishing to make a submission regarding the draft management plan should do so in writing addressed to the

General Manager, Muswellbrook Shire Council, to reach Council before the close of business on 11 June 2010. Any

submissions by way of an objection should be supported by the grounds for that objection. All submissions, including personal information, will be made available for public inspection and may be included in full in any reports to Council, Government Agencies or other relevant bodies in the determination of the application.  All reports are published in the Council Business Paper which is also available to the public.
