 As a conflict engagement specialist, I see a great deal of disillusionment and disruptive behavior that result from overcommitted work environments in which people feel that what they are asked to do, no longer has meaning.
The impact of conflict in the midst of complexity is having a profound effect on leaders- impacting their effectiveness and their personal well being. Research indicates that those who are in authority positions experience a higher incidence of personal health issues than those in other positions and this increased incidence has been linked to the pervasive level of interpersonal conflict and the intrusion of work into home life.
I see an increased desire among senior professionals to find better ways of engaging so as to reduce the impact of conflict, reconnect with colleagues, expand time spent on meaningful work, and develop peace of mind.

Each guest room includes down bedding, cozy bathrobes, a mini refrigerator, land line telephone with voicemail, wireless internet access, coffee maker, and double French doors that open onto a patio or deck.
