: Student Intern  (BS/ MS in Computer Science or related fields.)

[Requirements]

:  English / Korean bilingual, Knowledge of Microsoft C#/VB and  SQL Server is plus


[Position II]

: Business Administration Assistant - Student Intern  (All Majors)

[Requirements]

:  English / Korean bilingual, BS/BA in Business Administration / Information Science / MIS or computer related major is plus.


[Period]

: 3-6 months (Positions are contract to possible full time hire based on performance. They are immediate openings.)

The world's largest online travel retailer for Air, Cruise, Hotel, and Vacation Packages is seeking motivated, enthusiastic and career-minded team players to join our Arlington Lodging Operations Team.
 

Job Duties and functions:
* Responsible for greeting customer in a courteous, friendly and professional manner according to company procedures.
* Responsible for Relocations
* Escalated Issues: Credits, Stop Sells, Closing Allotments, etc
* Maintain and promote excellent client relations by managing a prompt and accurate response to email and phone communications from lodging suppliers.
* Book/change/cancel reservations for lodging properties and provide necessary follow through.
* Be highly effective in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* A problem-solver who can make independent decisions, be able to actively listen, and communicate clearly and concisely
* Maintain acceptable quality scores on all calls.
* Maintain acceptable level of performance.
* Provide solutions to the customer and provide any additional customer service /education as needed.
* Flexibility and willingness to assist where and when needed as directed by your Supervisor.
 

Requirements:
* The ability to communicate effectively at all levels from executive management to individual contributor.
* The ability to work unsupervised and make independent decisions.
* Strong, Proactive follow-up skills and administering of Travel Policies.
* Two years of recent Call Center customer care and/or help desk technical support.
* The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously with a high attention to detail.
* The ability to excel in a fast paced, constant changing environment.
* Flexibility and willingness to assist where and when needed as directed by your Supervisor.
* Maintain strong vendor relations with a positive attitude.
* Microsoft Office products and internet proficiency is required.
* Prior travel industry knowledge and call center experience is strongly desired.
* Reliability is a must.
* Education: College preferred.
