Greetings from Triomph!
We are very excited to announce our partnership and new running program with Hot Bird Running! You all know that running will improve your stamina and help you control or reduce your weight. For safety, efficiency and enjoyment, you also need to know the best way to get started!
Get running this fall with Hot Bird Running and Triomph's 4 week Running Program. We'll take you from 0 to 3.3 miles (Prospect Park loop) in 4 weeks. You'll feel great and learn how to run strong!
We are offering 2 sessions: (the 4 week program begins on your first class)*
Your choice of
Every Monday at 7pm (10/10, 10/17, 10/24, 10/31)
or
Every Saturday at 9am (10/15, 10/22, 10/29, 11/5)
*8 people minimum to hold a class time and 12 people maximum per class.
You will learn proper running techniques & form. You will receive:
- Month long customized training plan - with detailed running workouts for each week!
- Nutritional counseling!
- Unlimited group classes at Triomph!
