Favorite fictional hero?

Jacob Cullen and Christopher Ferris in Maria McCann's As Meat Loves Salt. Who'd have thought: a gay couple at the center of a story on the 17th Century English Civil War.

Best play space in Indianapolis?

The Harrison Center for the Arts on a busy First Friday. Always intriguing art and artists, new and familiar faces, young and old appreciators of new art.

Favorite family game?

The Slithering Snake Monster. Only my dog Becka and I know the rules, but we're both exhausted when we're done.

Ronald is the Dean for the Jordan College of Fine Arts, Butler University. This is his first year working with the Spirit & Place Festival.
