Sunday, July 10--The Fourth Sunday after Pentecost
9 AM--The Holy Eucharist, Hymns and Sermon
10 AM--Fellowship in the North Garden
11 AM--Morning Prayer, Sermon, Hymns and Choral Music (no Eucharist).

We welcome new assistant minister, the Rev. Kate Spelman, to the pulpit this Sunday. Kate is preaching at the 9 and 11 AM services. Please come to welcome Kate!
The Sunday begins the Summer Choir. Come to the choir loft in the church at 10 AM, and Parker Kitterman will have you ready and tuneful by 11 AM to help lead the service. The ability to read music is not necessary, and those who say, "I don't sing well enough to be in a choir" are especially encouraged to participate.
Christ Church does not alter its service times in July and August, but many parishioners choose to attend the 9 AM service when the church is a bit cooler. Please note that the 9 AM service is the Holy Eucharist, and the 11 AM service throughout the July and August is Morning Prayer, which does not include the Eucharist (the exception being August 7).
Away on weekends during the summer? Plan to attend the Wednesday Evening Worship and Barbeques in August--August 3, 10 and 17--all beginning at 6 PM in the North Garden. Hamburgers and hotdogs provided; you all bring the sides and dessert. Are you able to help with cooking, set up and take down? Let Cecilia Wagner know.
Our North Garden has been stunningly beautiful, thanks to the many volunteers who labor in the hot summer sun. The garden is also growing fresh vegetables for the St. Peter's Food Ministry. Come and join the Christ Church gardeners this Saturday, 9 AM. Many hands make light work.
