For Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Sunday December 26
Whoever you are, and wherever you
find yourself on the journey of faith, you are welcome at Christ
Church, as you are, to receive the blessings of God so freely given.
Greetings!
We gather on Friday, Christmas Eve, at 5 PM, 8 PM and 11 PM (the choir offers special music at 10:30 PM) to celebrate the birth of Jesus and the coming of God into the world in human skin. We will sing and carol, pray and celebrate, and use the light of Christ to punch holes in the darkness of the city and culture around us.
On Saturday, Christmas Day, we gather at 10 AM.
I pray you join us. All of us at Christ Church look forward to sharing in worship with you, and we hope you bring your family and friends. Again, the service times for Christmas Eve services: 5 PM, 8 PM and 11 PM (the joyous music begins at 10:30 PM).
Our celebration of Christmas continues on Sunday, December 26th at 9 AM and 11 AM. It's Boxing Day, and the Feast of Stephen, as in "Good King Wenceslas looked out, on the feast of Stephen." Learn the story of King Wenceslas here.
I pray God's blessings be upon you in this most holy and joyous of seasons.
Parking info for Christmas Eve: "Attending Services" placards will be in use for parking from 4 PM onward, and special parking attendants will help direct you to parking.
