An amusement park, JUST FOR KIDDO'S AND ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES??!!  What a wonderful idea!  Morgan's Wonderland is located in San Antonio, TX and is scheduled to open in April 2010.  It will be completely accessible for all individuals, have a controlled entry and exit system and even radio frequency wristbands that can help families keep track of each other as they explore the park.  AND, there is no charge for visitors with disabilities!  Read more about it at the Morgan's Wonderland website: Morgan's Wonderland

Glad Pad
If you check the dollar racks of Target or Wal-Mart, you are likely to find those nice, squishy knee mats to help you while you garden.  Something so simple and clever must certainly have another purpose you think.  Well, you are right.  Slap a little velcro on those babies and you have a handy way to store and display laminated picture symbols.  Not only are they useful in the classroom, but think pool or bath time.  Click here for instructions on how to make your own Glad Pad: Glad Pad

Wishing you all the best!
