The chakras function as valves regulating the flow of energy through our energy system. We open and close these valves when we decide what to think and what to feel and through which perceptual filter we choose to experience the world around us. Chakras vitalize the physical, mental and emotional interactions. When one or two chakras are functioning at a reduced level, remaining chakras have to pick up the slack. The Chakra system is constantly changing in response to stresses of life and living. Balancing helps to bring about an optimal flow of energy through each chakra and create balance in the sense that energy is more evenly distributed. Also when there is blockage to the spinning of the chakras, it manifests itself in the form of a spiritual, emotional and physical aliment. Balancing and healing aims at removing these obstructions in the spinning and reenergize them so that they function normally. Clearing these energy vortices through understanding their nature, practicing related exercises and meditation prepares the way for a spiritual opening. Family Constellations: Self Healing Empowerment Workshop

All of us carry within us an internal blueprint of our family. During our childhood, we connected to the family in a particular way, taking on certain roles in the family structure.
This blueprint enforces its subtleties upon us in the unconscious and influences the ways we relate to ourselves, to others, as well as to the surroundings.
By recreating the structure ("constellation") of our family, we can clearly see and understand unresolved dynamics, which have been affecting us to this day. Through simple, yet powerful interventions harmony can be restored, creating more space for meditation.
Family Constellations work is designed for individuals and couples interested in resolving life issues and looking to find a solid foundation for new direction in their lives. In this weekend you will have the opportunity to set up a family constellation or to be a representative or/and for other participants,
and every person present in a family constellation work receives the benefit of this powerful process.
Family Constellations can enable participants to:
- Resolve misunderstandings, entanglements and blocks in family-, partner- and other relationships;
- Break cycles of disconnection, alienation, abuse, dysfunction and poverty;
- Address parenting problems and painful family situations (i.e. divorce, single parenthood, miscarriage, infertility, abortion, adoption/custody)

Neuro Linguistic Programming is the study of human subjective experience and the inter linkage between language and neuro psychology.
