Hypnotherapy is not just the science of the subconscious mind, but the philosophy behind the integrated hypnotherapy is deeply rooted in eastern philosophy to provide a powerful tool to help you go beyond the Ego Mind. In order to go beyond the mind, hypnotherapy helps you to understand the attachments of the ego, by becoming aware of the experiences, people, conditioning and beliefs that define it. Once we are able to neutrally observe these attachments and through a scientific process release them, we no longer allow them to dominate us. This sets us free from our karmic cycles and we gain the realization that we are not our ego, therefore no matter what experiences we have, we are and were always complete!

Soniyaa Kiran Punjabi is the founder of Dubai's pioneer holistic organization Illuminations, an organization primarily created to spread holistic awareness through workshops, personal sessions and holistic training sessions. Illumination's is responsible for training over 100 integrated/ holistic therapists in Dubai and around the Middle East, who are now working successfully and passionately for the same cause.
Soniyaa is a transformational coach and clinical Hypnotherapist by profession. She completed her BA at AIU, London in 2004 and received a doctorate in Clinical Hypnotherapy from the California Hypnosis Institute in 2007. She was the first Clinical Hypnotherapist in Dubai to practice under the California Hypnosis Institute of India, and eventually brought in USICH courses to Dubai on behalf of CHII India. She is also a certified trainer to teach the Level One and Level Two integrated hypnotherapy courses under the USICH platform.
Having experienced first hand, a major personal transformation through holistic modalities, she is determined to spread the knowledge to every individual with the intention of empowering them to make an informed choice about their life.
