This workshop will teach you the power of thoughts, emotions and beliefs and attitudes and how they affect our current state of perceptions and experiences. We will also guide you through exercises to access your subconscious mind through the powerful process of self-hypnosis, and will empower you to practice this technique on your own for 21 days to experience the beauty of creating and manifesting your empowered affirmations physical reality.

Spiritual Response Therapy makes use of your muscle responses to bypass your conscious mind and negative programming to connect with subconscious and your guidance within. A pendulum is used as a movement amplifier and pointer as you communicate with your Higher Self using a special set of charts.

In the Reiki Level 1 course, you will learn the following:

• How does Reiki work
• History of Reiki
• Attunement and how it works
• Reiki 1 attunement
• Standard treatment with all hand position for treating another person and self treatment as taught in Reiki. Plenty of time is given for practice and discussion on each point.
