Greetings!

Here is some follow-up information on the Emerald Ash Borer mailing we sent last evening.

Please feel free to respond with your questions or comments  by e-mail ([email protected]) or phone (219-464-4941).
We received numerous inquiries and responses regarding the Emerald Ash Borer notification we mailed out last night.  We recognize that while some folks are willing to allow EAB to kill their trees, many others wish to take a pro-active stand against this destructive insect.  It is NOT hopeless, and there is something you can do to protect valuable Ash trees in your yard, but action needs to be taken NOW .

Here are a few YouTube videos, produced by our friend, Dr. Cliff Sadof of Purdue University that will assist you in gaining a better understanding of EAB, what EAB does to trees in Indiana, and HOW YOU CAN EASILY PROTECT ASH TREES IN YOUR YARD.  The last video is fascinating, showing an adult female EAB actually laying eggs on the bark of an Ash tree.
