Whew! The whirlwind of the holiday season is winding down, and now we face the new year with renewed focus and energy - at least we hope so! January Playground: Foam Roller
Saturday, January 14 2:30 - 4:30 with Nancy
Relax and release tense, tight muscles on your personal foam roller! Nancy will teach you how to target specific areas of tightness and tenderness throughout the body and how to control the amount of pressure on the roller to stretch and massage your muscles to get the greatest full body benefit. Rolling inherently encourages body/mind integration, teaches the brain to signal the muscles to relax, and increases circulation. It's $99 if you'd like to purchase a new foam roller to take home with you, or just $54 for the workshop if you're bringing your own!

Intro to Pilates: 5 Week Sessions Start Soon!
In this new 5 week intensive, you will learn all of the basic principles and movements of a Pilates mat class! Each week will have a specific focus related to the 6 Pilates Principles, and will better prepare you to enter the beginning Pilates 101 ongoing class. It's the perfect way to start the new year and prep you for your Pilates practice in 2012! The first session begins Wednesday, January 18th at 6:30 pm.
