This month Centerspace is focused on the "practice" of Pilates - how to start it, keep it going, make it better, and maybe even enjoy it!

Getting it Started with
'Pilates 101'

We at Centerspace asked the question, "how do we make it easier for people to start their Pilates practice?" And the answer was "Pilates 101." It's a five week course that meets  to take the mystery out of this thing we call Contrology. Even if you've been a disciple of Joe since forever, you can forward this on to the friend who's been asking, "how do I start?"

 

We've scheduled several different flavors of 101,  all of which will surely appeal to your Pilates palate. And who knows? Maybe you can spice up your usual mat fare with a splash of chair! Or 'springs' your way off of your reformer dependence. The possibilities abound!
