Is your cellular phone plan right for you?
This question recently came up in my household. My husband and I have very different cell phone habits. We wanted to combine our services, and possibly upgrade to Internet emailing.
We visited a company owned, high volume business wireless store to inquire about rate plans. The rep insisted we could not save a dime by combining, since our habits were quite different. I went home and checked the website, but found it rather unclear and confusing.
A week later, my phone needed to be replaced and I visited a quieter independent store. I was told that we could combine our services and save almost $500 annually.
