Hello, friends!
One last reminder to let you know that this Friday is our annual Memorial Day weekend celebration here at Wool & Honey. It's our 12th year in business and marks my six-year anniversary! Hard to believe. And just like all celebrations (big or small), we're celebrating with friends, treats, wine and some very special yarn. We're having a trunk show on Friday, May 25th from 5-9 pm and Saturday, May 26th from 10 am-12 pm where you'll get to meet Jill June, the woman behind the beautiful Studio June yarn, handdyed in Kalamazoo. We're so thrilled to include Jill in our annual celebration!

Looking so forward to celebrating with you this weekend, friends! We should also mention that our very first order of Madelinetosh Tosh Merino Light will be here this afternoon--in 40 gorgeous, hand-dyed shades of fingering weight yarn. Studio June Yarn is a one-woman handpainted yarn company based in Kalamazoo. Jill June is the artist behind the magic and her yarns range from lace to fingering to worsted weight in a rainbow of hues. Whether it's a lace weight yarn in tone-on-tone shades of light lavender (think silk and alpaca) or a variegated sock yarn in a sturdy-yet-sumptuous cashmere blend, Jill's color palette includes something for every knitter. Studio June yarn is available only from a handful of yarn shops around the country--this is a one-of-a-kind event.
