Raymond Blanc Triumphs in Lyon.
Raymond Blanc, in his new BBC TV series, 'The Hungry Fremchman," goes back to his French homeland to expound the delights of high quality
regional French produce and cuisine.
He also excitedly and enthusiastically 'tests' his own versions of each regions recipe specialities on friends and family by taking over a popular local restaurant just for one evening.
The man does very well, of course!
