You are more powerful than you realize
Love is energy and energy forms patterns, and must be free to flow to be at its best, that is its nature. If the energy of love is blocked or repressed, it can quickly swing to the opposite end of its vibratory pole, hate, violence, anger, aggression, frustration, blame.
One of the commonest ways to stop its flow is by using it for selfish purposes and self-gratification. We all need to love ourselves, but if love stops there so does the flow. The energy of 'love' feels warm, soft, open and inviting and must be given if we are to continue to receive it.
At present very few people know how to love or have experienced true love. If you were not taught how to love, or were given positive loving role models to follow in childhood, then you may need methods to teach you how to recognize 'love' and wisely use the energy of love to create a life you love to live.

A PINK STORY
Ann, a young single mum with two small children came to me regarding her three-year-old daughter, Lilly. Ann was concerned about Lilly's tantrums and the out of control behavior she had recently begun to display.
During our session, the balance colour that came out for Lilly was Pink. Ann took a bottle of Pink energy spray home to Lilly, and commenced using the Pink energy spray whenever Lilly was having a tantrum or acting out.
Ann noticed that Lilly calmed more quickly when using the Pink spray, and Lilly soon started to ask her mum for the Pink spray, to identify for herself when she didn't feel 'Ok'.
