The purest reflection of Red is pure consciousness in action, or 'love in action'.

'LOVE" IS ENERGY, NOT EMOTION. When you are mindfully connected to the energy of love, the first emotion you feel in your body is peace, then from peace, joy rises, and awakens deeper stages of bliss.

'Love" is universal energy, a source of power that creates life, and permeates all creation. You have energy sources available to you in your home - electricity and gas - to make your life comfortable and easier. So, within your Aura you have the power of universal energy available to you in the form of light. Light is energy, and without Light there would be not life, the components of light break down into the colour spectrum. Light is a pristine and highly intelligent form of energy.  

You can train yourself to mindfully tune into the vibrations of this free energy within, and use the intelligence of universal energy to manifest, self-heal, or change your life and your conditions.

Red is 'love in action', be mindful of 'love' in all your actions, thoughts and communications.

The energy of 'love' within the Aura must be free to flow, to be at its best.  If the flow of 'love' is blocked or repressed, it can quickly swing to the opposite end of its vibratory pole, hate, producing aggression, anger and rage.  

One of the commonest ways to stop its flow within the Aura, is by using it for selfish purposes or self-gratification. We all need to love ourselves, but if love stops there, and you are only thinking of yourself and your needs, then the flow of love within you stops. We need to know how to use the energy of 'love', as love must be continually given if we are to receive its limitless bounty on the physical plane.

The nature of 'love' is always positive, expressing compassion, kindness, generosity of spirit, peace, trust, truth, joy, care and wisdom....just to name a few of the beautiful expressions of the energy of love. When you 'feel bad', your thoughts and emotions will be of a negative and dark vibration, produced by the ego, an illusionary separation in mind from the light and creative flow of 'love'.  The energy of 'love' always makes you, or another feel good, never bad.

When you are only able to 'think' your 'love', from a mental concept, the energy of 'love' is creative on the mental plane only. Spawning ideas, plans, designs and concepts that are as yet unmanifested. The energy of 'love' coming from the mental plane is only expressed through your reasoning mind, intellect and personality. The energy emanating from you at that moment is not warm, reassuring or compassionate, but is somewhat cold, manipulating, lifeless, and inclined to be calculating, judgmental and self serving.

Your Aura is the 'Law of Attraction in Action' - like attracts like. 

Paramahansa Yogananda a beautiful Indian saint and spiritual teacher, spoke of the difference between human love, and Divine love, "there are two kinds of love, human love (Red) and Divine love (Blue). Human love is deeply rooted in other people's needs and wants, but when you are touched by Divine love, you are transfixed and transformed."
