The Tarot is a powerful tool for gaining insight into your self and your life. The cards tune into your energy, and a reading can give you an idea of where you are now, where you've come from, where you want to be, and how to get there.
The figure depicted on the Ten of Wands is struggling with an obviously heavy and awkwardly held bundle of wands. The wands are no longer free; there is no space between any of them. Instead they are all lumped together to form a huge and hefty load.
The normally spirited wands are subdued in the Ten. Yet there is no reason why the bundle should be carried in this way. The man is quite free to organise his burden however he likes but he chooses to carry them in such a way that he cannot see where he is going.
