What is your Soul Colour?
 Like everything else in the Universe, you are energy. One of the most pristine forms of energy is light, so light is the very essence of what you are. Light is made up of colour, and your soul energy will tend towards one part of the colour spectrum. We call that your 'soul colour'. Knowing your soul colour helps you understand your gifts, talents and challenges.

A pendulum is an ancient tool, a form of dowsing. The use of a pendulum is similar to kinesiology, by using your electrical system to tap into the subconscious memory. Through Art To Healing, by Diana 
Late in 2007 during a meditation, I saw the image of an easel, and wondered if I would do some painting in the New Year. I had not done any Art since school, and had no idea how this might come about.
In April of 2008, after using Soul Colour sprays for about 12 months, I was talking to Narelle, a wonderful artist (Link to Narelle Green's Artwork), and told her about my interest in doing some painting. To my great excitement, Narelle said that she would teach me Esoteric (watercolour) painting, and more about colour. It was a true learning experience, I first observed how the coloured paint reacted when added to water. Blue was intense and expansive, and quickly filled an area on the paper; Yellow was contained, slow to move and less intense, requiring more paint. It was interesting to see, how the properties of colour at a physical level, are the same as the energy of colour at an emotional (subtle) level.
I was not keen to paint flowers or landscapes, and the focus of my first paintings turned out to be the image of the cross. When painting close to their edges, I would see in my 'mind's eye', my hand slipping with the paintbrush. This created tension for me, and Narelle (who is clairsentient) could feel this energy, and facilitated my clearing of it. I quickly realised that there was more to my painting than expressing my creativity, and came to refer to my lessons with Narelle, as "Art Therapy". With my next painting of a nude, the importance of light and dark was highlighted to me, as she was created with the use of light and shade. This reminds me of a saying by Neale Donald Walsch, "in the absence of that which you are not, that which you are, is not."
At the end of December, I completed (with Narelle's help and guidance) my painting of a 'Moon Goddess'. She gradually appeared out of the 'darkness'...a representation of feminine strength, power and beauty. When she was finished, I felt a sense of completion around my 'journey with art'. More about my 'self' was revealed with painting of each new picture, and each is a lasting visual representation of my transformation, and healing. I will always be grateful to Narelle for this wonderful opportunity, and experience....thank you.
