Set high on a hill, this 4 bedroom villa is very centrally located approximately 8km from Corfu town. The property is currently under construction and is to be sold as is, therefore giving the buyer their own choice of finishes, tiles, colour schemes, fixtures and fittings etc.

Some design features include interior stone walls in the living areas. The villa has been cleverly designed to take advantage of the lovely views across the island to the sea and Albania in the distance.

Wednesday 11th August - this is a local Corfu Bank holiday. In Corfu Town (early morning) there is the  Procession Of The Icon Of  St. Spyridon, the parton saint of Corfu. This is one of the 4 occasions during the year that the Corfiots celebrate his miracles. This event is to commemorate the fact that on 11th August 1716 he is said to have saved the island from the siege of the Turkish army.

Wednesday 11th August (9pm) - Benitses - Annual Sardine Festival co-organised by the Municipality of Achilleon and the local Association for Culture and Redevelopment.  Wine, grilled sardines and live music in the Benitses harbour square. (open to all)

Sunday August 15 is the third most important religious holiday in Greece after Easter and Christmas. The entire country is virtually shut down. There are festivals all over the island to commemorate the assumption of the Virgin Mary. Celebrations of the 'Panaghia' (Virgin Mary) are usually held in Kassiopi, Episkepsi, Ermones, Lefkimi-Kavos, Paleokastritsa, and Skripero.

Friday 27th & Saturday 28th August - Rock, Folk and Jazz Festival in Agios Ioannis, Central Corfu.
