According to Carl Hochfeldon, Senior Consultant at Synergy BI, many of our larger clients are establishing Business Intelligence Competency Centres (BICC) to accelerate and improve the quality of information available to key people within the organisation. More a grouping of individuals with specific talents and capabilities than a physical 'Centre', the BICC draws together the human resources required for information access, analysis and delivery.
