NY - Hunt-Doyle Construction Services,
Inc. (Syosset) has been formed by commercial real estate and construction
veterans, Dennis Doyle and David G. Hunt. The new firm will be headquartered at 5 Aerial Way in Syosset, sharing facilities with sister company, Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. The firm provides nationwide construction
management services for commercial interiors. Specialties include retail,
optical and laboratory interiors.
Dennis Doyle is CEO of the new organization and brings a background of 25+
years in construction industry. Most
recently, he was the Vice President of Planning & Design for Davis Vision,
one of the nation's leading managed vision care companies. His responsibilities included the development
of over 500+ retail locations, managing a $20 million department budget, and
the remodeling and relocation of approximately 30 existing establishments every year. He has also executed the development, design,
construction, relocation and on-going maintenance of five state-of-the-art
optical manufacturing facilities throughout the country.
David G. Hunt is president of the new organization and has been involved in
the rental, sale and appraisal of industrial and commercial real estate in the
Northeast USA, primarily on Long
Island, New York,
since 1973. Mr. Hunt founded Hunt
Corporate Services, Inc. in January, 1981 as an industrial and commercial
consulting and brokerage firm. The
company represents clients exclusively in the role of a trusted advisor for the
acquisition or disposition of commercial real estate. Aggregate value of
commercial and industrial properties leased or sold in the New York Metro Area
exceeds $750 million. The firm also
specializes in the acquisition and development of commercial real estate for
small partnership groups, specializing in value-added re-development by means
of assemblage, rezoning, construction, or tenanting.
