Welcome to our June Go Beyond NLP newsletter.

Our theme this month is all about self-love! Self-love can sometimes get a bad press either because it is seen as being the fluffy, hippy stuff or because we are trained to believe that putting ourselves first is somehow selfish and/or wrong.

But love really does begin at home. How can we expect to have the energy and resources to be kind to others if we are not overflowing with feel-good-feelings about ourselves!

This month's video clip is shared to inspire you towards some self-love. And in our next Warrington NLP Practice Group, Tif will be helping you to review and nurture that inner connection in a way that supports having amazing relationships on the outside too!

Love Begins At Home!

So the most important relationship we have is the one with ourselves. In this session, you will have the opportunity to review and nurture your inner connection to ensure that it not only supports your external relationships but also your life as a whole.

This fun and friendly group meets every month at the David Lloyd Club in Warrington, and you are welcome to make full use of the facilities after the session at no extra charge! The sessions run from 7-9.30pm with refreshments served from 6:30pm onwards. The fee for the session is just £10 when you book more than 24 hours in advance, or £15 on the day.
