 WARRINGTON NLP PRACTICE GROUP - "Reading the signs"
The Warrington NLP Practice Group is going from strength to strength and we are enjoying getting together with a group of like-minded people to share tools and techniques from NLP... and beyond!
Our next meeting will be on Tuesday 14th April on Reading the Signs. You may already be aware of some of the generalised body language signals taught traditionally, but in this month's session, we will go a step further exploring how we each have unique and very different ways that we unconsciously communicate. And when we pay closer attention to these signs, not only are we masterful and influential commuincators, but we also create "Derren Brown" experiences for the people around us.
This fun and friendly group meets every month at the David Lloyd Club in Warrington, and you are welcome to make full use of the facilities after the session at no extra charge! The sessions run from 7-9.30pm with refreshments served from 6:30pm onwards.
In a change to our usual schedule, our next Practice Group will be held on Tuesday 5th May on Metaphors and Story-Telling.

NLP MASTERCLASS -
"Pulling the Trigger"
If you have studied NLP, you will know that all of our behaviours (both the good ones and those that don't serve us!) are underpinned by "strategies" that are "triggered" or set off by something in our external environment.
In our April NLP Masterclass, we will dedicate the session to methods and techniques for identifying these unwanted triggers, so that we
can find the point of maximum leverage for creating fast and long-lasting change in our self and others.
The session will be held on Tuesday 21st April, 6.30-9.30pm at Room Four in Golborne, North Warrington. Perhaps you are great at assisting others to overcome their problems and limitations. Perhaps you know that you have a toolkit of techniques that you can use, but either they don't work when you apply them for yourself or you simply forget to use them in the moment. If so, these classes are for you as we will be exploring how we can use NLP and other approaches to live an inspired life.
The first class is on "Spring Clean Your Life!" and will offer suggestions for clutter clearing.. whether that is your physical "stuff" or outdated emotional responses and patterns of negative thinking.
