- Habit Busting!
Have you ever tried to make a change and found the gravitational pull of your old habit so strong it was either really hard work or maybe even a waste of time in the long run? Why is that, even when we know what we want to do differently, we often find the transition really hard to make? If you are interested in taking control of those hard-to-crack areas of your life, then this month's Warrington NLP Practice group meeting is just for you!
Join us next Tuesday evening, 13th January and discover the easy and sustainable way to overcome your unwanted habits - and help others to do the same. In this session, you'll learn about the role your Unconscious Mind plays in maintaining your current habits - and in creating new, life-enhancing actions which are as automatic as the old patterns were.
No previous experience of NLP is necessary, and the cost is just £10 when you book more than 24 hours in advance (or £15 on the day). This fun and friendly group meets at the David Lloyd Club in Warrington, and you are welcome to make full use of the facilities after the session at no extra charge! The session will run from 7-9.30pm with resfreshments from 6:30pm onwards.
