Happy Spring! A very brief update with a new resource ...
I just completed a video presentation entitled "ChiRunning Simplified!, Efficient and Injury F.r.e.e. Natural Running Technique". It provides a summary of the ChiRunning principles, position, motion and benefits. Plus it puts how we move into perspective with a simple analogy. Note that the same principles and analogy applies in ChiWalking with minor technique adjustments.
