Happy Holidays! Wishing you an enjoyable holiday season and continued success in the new year.
This past fall was very busy with seminars/expos, instructional programs, corporate wellness opportunities and ... a few endurance events to maintain focus on my own 'practice'. I am grateful for the many opportunities to share and great life experiences.
As always, I appreciate your input on what information and programs you would like to see in the future. My apologies for such a long time since my last newsletter. Public Event and Program Schedule
Note: The most recent schedule information is always posted on the website, http://www.eChiFitness.com, on the Schedule Tab. The Public Event and Program Schedule is limited at this time of year.
Informational Seminars and Expos:
- Triathlon Expo, Freehold NJ, Saturday Feb 20th. Details coming soon. - Many other public events are being planned for Winter/Early Spring 2010. An update will be provided as soon as details are available.
An informational seminar is an interactive
presentation introducing the key principles of ChiRunning and
ChiWalking. The seminar can be customized to suit schedule and
participant needs; it is generally 45-60+ minutes long. Suggest an informational seminar for your club or group?, Running store?,
Health club?, Health food store?, Workplace?, Walk-athon meeting?, Other? ...
Instructional Programs:
- Triathlon Training Program, Hunterdon Wellness Center in Clinton NJ, Multi-session ChiRunning Program starting Saturday Feb 27th. Please contact me for more information. - More Instructional Programs are also being planned for Winter/Early Spring 2010. An update will be provided as soon as details are available.
- Suggestions for suitable program/clinic/workshop locations are always appreciated. If you identify a suitable location (examples here) for a program, you can attend the program for F-r-#-e or receive other instruction of your preference.
Private Events and Programs:
- Informational Seminars and Expo Support available for your group, club, event, fitness center, business, corporation or wellness community.
- Individual and group private instruction is always available. Coordinate your friends, group or club members for a instructional program or clinic. With your group of six or more, you attend for F-r-#-e.
- Available throughout the NJ/PA/NY/CT and Northeast USA region.
