Spring is certainly upon us; with plenty of opportunities to spend more time in nature. The goal of this eNewsletter is to provide valuable information on fitness and wellness approaches in "getting back to nature". An informational seminar is an interactive
presentation introducing the key principles of ChiRunning and
ChiWalking. The seminar can be customized to suit schedule and
participant needs; it is generally 45-60+ minutes long. Suggest an informational seminar for your club or group?, Running store?,
Health club?, Health food store?, Workplace?, Walk-athon meeting?, Other? ...

- ChiWalking/ChiRunning Intro Mini-Clinic: Terra Sky Center for Wellness, Summit NJ: For the Terra Sky Susan G. Komen Race For the Cure® Team, April 4th PM. Contact the Center to join their team. - ChiWalking/ChiRunning Multi-Session Programs: Fort Monmouth, Eatontown NJ: Coming in the May timeframe. - ChiRunning Multi-Session Program: YMCA of Western Monmouth, Freehold NJ.
